1. Services

Toko DesignLab provides website design and hosting setup as a subscription-based service. Each plan includes specific deliverables as described on our Pricing page. We may modify features or plan details at any time, with reasonable notice.

2. Payments

All services are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan. Payments are processed via secure third-party platforms.

  • Monthly plans renew automatically every month.

  • Yearly plans renew automatically every 12 months.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital and service-based nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once a payment cycle begins.

Monthly and Yearly Plans (Starter, Pro, Premium)

  • Cancel anytime before the next renewal date.

  • Your website will stay live until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • No partial refunds will be issued.

4. Ownership & File Access

All designs, components, and assets remain the intellectual property of Toko DesignLab unless stated otherwise. Design file(Figma design file) handoff is available only for Premium plan subscribers.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely and accurate content, including text, images, and business information. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or delayed submissions.

For content updates, clients must inform Toko DesignLab of any requested changes via email or the designated update form.

  • Requests submitted on or before the 15th of the month will be completed by the 1st of the following month.

  • Requests submitted after the 15th will be scheduled for completion by the 1st of the month after next.

Example:

  • If you submit update info on August 15, it will be completed by September 1.

  • If you submit on August 16, it will be completed by October 1.

This update cycle helps us maintain a consistent service schedule across all client plans.

6. Hosting, Maintenance, Content Updates & Support

  • Starter and Pro plans include hosting, bundled into your subscription.

  • Premium plan users can choose whether to host with us or use the design elsewhere. If hosted with us, Premium users receive unlimited updates and are billed separately for hosting and maintenance based on usage.

Content Updates

All plans include unlimited content updates such as:

  • Business information

  • Text changes

  • Image swaps

  • Product/service descriptions

  • Contact details

  • Blog or articles updates

Note: Content updates do not include design changes like layout revisions, color theme adjustments, or typography updates.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to provide a seamless experience, Toko DesignLab is not responsible for any data loss, business interruption, or damages arising from website downtime, third-party hosting issues, or client misuse.
